| At Sunrise Medical Technology, Inc. we understand the need for you to minimize your service liability overhead. The capitation in the healthcare dollar and the DRA make this a must in order to run a profitable imaging venture. This is why we offer a variety of Service Agreements as well as a competitive, Time and Material rate. All of our plans match flexibility with reliability.
Below are explanations of some of the services that we provide.

Full Service Agreement – Our full service offerings are always flexible. We can offer you the hours of coverage that meets your needs. In most cases we can do this without affecting your overall costs. In addition, we can offer glass coverage for your CT or cryogen coverage for your MRI. Sunrise offers this guaranty, if our call starts prior to 3:00 PM, we will continue to troubleshoot until we have resolution or a path to resolution, without any overtime charges. We call this our flexible overtime policy.
In most cases our Full Service Agreement will save your facility a minimum of 20%, and in some cases up to 35% on a contract that is signed with the OEM.

Labor Service Agreement – Our labor service offering covers your labor liability. We offer a plan that will cover all of your labor or you can decide on an offering that will assign block time to be used in the manner that you direct. For instance, perhaps your budget only allows for a small payment to be made each month. In this offering we would assign a block of hours that could be used for your PM or for service when you have an issue. Share Risk Agreement – This agreement allows for the client to allot an amount to the purchase of parts on a yearly basis. We will guaranty the cost not to exceed 50% of the part (excluding glass) OEM price, if the part is in our inventory. We will then pay for half of that cost, and the balance is applied to the allotment. Shared Risk can also be arranged to cover your glass liability depending on the availability and manufacturer of the glass. One of our creative approaches with proprietary glass is to limit your liability with the approach of using quality used glass. Speak with a Sunrise Sales Representative about mitigating your glass liability. This approach combined with our shared risk agreement has been known to save our clients thousands of dollars.

Preventive Maintenance Agreement – Preventative maintenance (PM) is important to ensure maximum equipment performance and minimize unscheduled downtime that can cause major problems. With a PM agreement, we will perform regular equipment inspections which will include analyzing the performance of your equipment and ensuring that all components are running properly. Regular PMs are needed to protect your investment and contribute to the life span of your equipment.
