available to our customers 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We realize you
and your patients are unable to wait for service when your equipment is
in need of repair. Time is money and we want you to be up and running as
quickly as possible so that the best interests of your patients can be
met.
That is why we
respond to your call within 15 minutes of receiving it at our Customer
Support Center. Our stringent standards ensure that your Engineer will
speak with you over the telephone to advise you of an estimated time of
arrival within 30 minutes of your call. We will do whatever it takes to
get your equipment up and running immediately.

Support 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our Engineers are
available to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions over the phone.
We also offer Onsite Support when needed. |

Technical And
Applications Training
We provide your staff with Technical and Applications Training.
We believe that knowledge will enable you to maintain proficient
use of your medical imaging equipment. We will familiarize you
and your staff with your equipment so that you feel comfortable
and at ease during all phases of its operation. Your Engineer
will conduct an in-depth training to maximize and optimize your
equipment's use and efficiency. |
