Sunrise Medical Technology, Inc. was conceived in the mid-nineties when several gifted and talented national support engineers at InnoServ Technologies found themselves facing yet another job change. InnoServ Technologies was to be sold to General Electric Medical Systems. The thought of this, challenged those engineers to dream.

Out of those dreams was the birth of Sunrise Medical Technology, Inc. a corporation from humble beginnings. Sunrise is a corporation that would begin on a kitchen table and grow to its current staff of twenty-four employees. The Sunrise staff is known in the market to be an innovative, creative, motivated, tenacious, persistent and loyal lot, who desire to share in the success that has ultimately become Sunrise Medical Technology, Inc.

Sunrise Medical Technology, Inc. is a service company out of the mold of Technicare, Inc. Sunrise is a service company that believes in customer service. Sunrise is a service company that creates its own success in the market place by listening to its clients, evaluating its client’s needs and watching market trends. This approach has made Sunrise Medical Technology, Inc. a company that can be counted on. Our service locations have grown to cover a number of states including New Jersey, Alabama, Iowa, Colorado, Louisiana, Texas and Washington D.C.

The majority of the executive staff at Sunrise has worked in the field. This has allowed the company to refine its service perspective while not losing site of the customer’s needs. Because each engineer on our team has suffered the ire of a customer and the pressure of a down site it enables our entire team to be responsive to the needs of our customers.

In short, Sunrise Medical Technology, Inc. is not the biggest independent service organization. We may not even be the best independent service organization (YET!). We are the surest. At Sunrise our motto is “as sure as the sunrise.”
